- Convert insights into practical day-to-day improvements, including topics such as training, learning and development, and people management
Getting the most from technology that can improve business outcomes as always been a passion of mine. The result of this is that I thrive on having the capacity to influence the development and adoption of technologies at a senior level. My key function is to support digital transformation primarily within the British infrastructure arm of BAM as well as the wider organisation of 22,500 employees. This requires strategic planning and execution working with internal business leaders, peers across Europe and various other key stakeholders. I have worked as a civil engineer on construction projects for 12 years followed by five years estimating on projects up to £80 million GBP. For the last three years I have moved into the BIM/Digital Construction realm and completed a masters degree in Building Information Modelling Management.
